Pimping your ride need not involve weeks of body filler and the creation of something akin to a futuristic sci-fi movie – there is now a much subtle design solution to personalise your motor and stand out from the crowd in the form of downloadable car stickers from car maker Vauxhall.

Commissioned by Vauxhall to design team Precious McBane (creators of the interiors at The Zetter and Virgin Radio’s new HQ ), these downloadable artworks follow the theme of vintage button badges. To apply, simply print off on to vinyl and stick in a design of your choice. Permutations are endless so your whip will be truly individual.

Sophia Wimpenny, from Precious McBane explained: “We wanted to respond to the growing trend for customisation in all aspects of consumerism and guys love to make their individual mark on their motor, even if it’s just in a simple way. Taking inspiration from sources such as classic cars and teenage bedrooms together with the irony of pin badges, we though we’d extend the concept to the car, but in a way which was accessible to all.
