Citroën''s new C1 and C4 Pluriel Code

Citroën has added the C1 and C3 Pluriel ‘Code’ special editions to its range to complement the successful C2 Code.

With distinctive looks, these special editions are based on the model’s top trim level with a tantalising range of additional equipment including luxurious leather upholstery, sporty alloy wheels, chrome interior trim and Smart black livery.

Add to this Citroën’s design flair, impressive fuel-efficiency, low CO2 emissions, proven safety technology, with 4-star Euro NCAP rating and prices from under £8,000, with Citroën’s current offers, the Code special editions are an absolutely cracking trio.

The Citroën C1 Code is clad in alluring black metallic paint and comes complete with 14” alloy wheels. The Smart interior features sleek leather/Alcantara seats and sporty chrome trim.  Based on the high specification Rhythm model, in both 3 and 5 door versions, it also features a CD player, remote central locking, electric windows and four airbags.

Equipped with a nimble 1.0i (68hp) engine, the Citroën C1 Code delivers lively acceleration and a responsive driving experience. For the economical and environmentally conscious, Citroën’s supermini returns a very fuel-efficient 60mpg on the combined cycle and ultra-low CO2 emissions of just 109g/km.

The C3 Pluriel Code exudes quality with its chic pearlescent black exterior and neat 15” alloys whilst the interior boasts a plush leather interior on top of the standard equipment of the Exclusive model. With its fully retractable electric roof, the C3 Pluriel code can transform from a versatile hatchback to a funky cabriolet.

The C3 Pluriel Code delivers excellent fuel efficiency achieving over 41mpg on the combined cycle with its 1.4i 16v (75hp) petrol engine offering the perfect blend of performance and economy.

The C2 Code led the way for the Code special edition series, having proved a real hit as one of the best selling C2s, since its launch last year, thanks to its lavish interior and high levels of equipment, comfort and safety.

Appealing to drivers looking for a sporty hot-hatch, the C2 Code is fitted with a spirited 125hp 1.6 litre engine that delivers a lively 0 to 62mph time of just over 8 seconds and a top speed of 126mph. Combine this with a fuel consumption of 41mpg on the combined cycle and the C2 Code is wholesome fun.

Available in a choice of two striking colours, black or iron grey, the C2 Code’s dynamic exterior with chrome exhaust pipe, 16” alloys and full-length roof stripes perfectly complement the car’s stylish interior which is kitted out with sumptuous full leather upholstery and four independent sliding and reclining seats.
