Clarion: Latest entry level in-car CD/radio delivers more sound for the pound

A frenzy of features and affordability come together in a new high value, entry-level in-car audio upgrade from Clarion - the world’s largest independent manufacturer of in-car multi-media, audio and satnav.

At just £79, the new Clarion DB178RMP radio/CD unit is pitched at those looking for top-notch sound quality at a down to earth price.   Concert-like audio in-car is no longer the domain of the hi-fi enthusiast, as a blitz of technology and easy-to-use features enables even the humblest of cars to sound like an auditorium.

Clarion constantly raises the bar when it comes to in-car audio technology, with most of its units boasting MP3 and WMA playback, and 4-channel x 50 watts of Z-Enhanced amplification - allowing greater sound customisation to suit individual taste – enabling Clarion to deliver superior sound for the pound.

The DB178RMP also shows it’s well on the catwalk of fascia fashion, with a sleek black faceplate with stunning high-contrast white negative LCD display and screensaver, to ensure it’s not only the price and the sound-quality that strike the right note.

Part of the new line-up for 2007, the DB178RMP is available from specialist Clarion appointed dealers across the UK as part of Clarion’s exciting new range of units for 2007.
