New Chevrolet Lacetti 1.8SX Auto Station Wagon

A brand new model has joined the Chevrolet Lacetti line-up, and the only gear you’ll have to shift is what’s in the load bay!

Adding to its reputation for providing great value new cars, Chevrolet has introduced a new 1.8SX edition of the popular Lacetti Station Wagon - with standard automatic transmission.

Costing £12,795 on-the-road, the newcomer enjoys the same comprehensive levels of standard equipment as the 1.6SX, including many items normally only found on more expensive models. These include electric windows all round, traction control, front and side airbags, Smart 15-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, remote central locking with engine immobiliser, power door mirrors, leather-covered steering wheel and gear knob, a cooled glove compartment and radio-CD with MP3 capability.

With the four-speed automatic transmission as standard, the Lacetti Station Wagon 1.8SX accelerates from 0-62mph in 12 seconds, with a top speed of 116mph and a combined fuel consumption figure of 32.1mpg.

The new model is the first of several new vehicles to join the Chevrolet line-up in 2008, adding further strength to the brand’s rapidly increasing presence in the UK. In 2007, Chevrolet celebrated its record sales year in the UK, with an increase of 27.6 per cent in sales. Two brand new models are set to join the Chevrolet line-up in 2008, following the successful introduction of the Captiva SUV in 2007.
