Jaguar XF to Debut at MPH ‘07
|
|
The most important car in Jaguar’s history, the all-new XF will have its UK dual venue debut at MPH ’07 this November in London and Birmingham.
The mid-sized executive car marks a radical departure for the company and is the start of a revolution in Jaguar styling. The XF will join the Aston Martin DBS in making its debut at the annual motoring extravaganza. The new cars will feature in the live motoring theatre, fronted for the first time by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.
Visitors to MPH’s Prestige & Performance gallery will also be able to get their first view of the new model’s innovative interior, which emphatically demonstrates the manufacturer’s new design direction. Features like the rotary dial automatic transmission selector and 7-inch touch screen, combine to give the facia an elegant uncluttered look.
This will be the first time that the British public will have a chance to see one of the most important cars of 2007. MPH Show Director, Lee Master is delighted that Jaguar has chosen the annual extravaganza for the debut of its latest model, commenting: “The live action arena showcases the greatest cars alongside the stunt and theatre elements. The XF and the DBS undoubtedly tick all those boxes for us. Jaguar was inundated with interest when it launched the XK here in 2005, I am sure it will be the same with the new model.”
Tickets to see the XF appear alongside Jezza, Hamster and Captain Slow at London’s Earls Court (1-4 November) and Birmingham’s NEC (8-11 November) are available through a ticket hotline 0871 230 0333 and via the MPH web site www.mphshow.co.uk. Tickets range from £23-£89.
