On March 24, Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko received Leonid Stadnyk (36), who, at 2.59 meters, is the world tallest living man. He presented him with a shiny-blue Chevrolet Tacuma van and even took him for a brief drive.

The four-door car had been modified and specially adapted to the stature of its new owner. Stadnyk, who's phenomenal height prevents him from leading a normal life, was overjoyed.
