Toyota testing in Germany

23 ottobre 2008

Toyota's F1 test team has decamped to the south of Germany this week for an aerodynamic test.

The local Schwabische Zeitung newspaper reports that test driver Kamui Kobayashi on Tuesday is at the wheel of the TF108 at the military airfield in the town of Laupheim.

Toyota, whose team is based in Cologne, is to conduct the allowed 50km of straight line testing.

An FIA inspector reportedly had to inspect the venue, which has not been used before for F1 testing, prior to the commencement of the session.
