"I definitely didn't have the car to win the race, but the Motorola car was a top-five car today.  The team worked hard all month to give me a car that would complete with the front-runners, and it is unfortunate that we ended the month with an incident in pit lane, which was clearly not our mistake.  But, I am happy for Scott (Dixon), he was strong all month long, so congrats to him and his crew."
 
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"It's really disappointing because I didn't have any choice in the incident.  I could have turned into Marco and I would have taken both of us out, so I gave up the spot trying to be a good teammate.  As usual, something happened to me when I was in the lead.  I feel really bad for my crew.  The Team 7-Eleven car was really settling in and we were strong.  Congratulations to Scott (Dixon) on his victory."

"As a team, we did an awesome job all month. The Indiana Jones/Blockbuster car was one of the ones to beat the entire month. We made a team decision to do what we did over the final couple of stints.  If it works, we're in the lead with clean air in front of us.  Unfortunately, we missed, but we missed as a team. We finished third and were able to get good points. Our goal is to win a championship, so we're moving on."

Hideki Mutoh, #27 Formula Dream Dallara/Honda/Firestone 
"The Formula Dream team did a great job today and I want to apologize to them for making a mistake at the first pit stop. After that pit stop, I concentrated on gaining back my position so I was very happy when I got up to fifth. I wish I was able to keep my position until the checkered flag but it was a great and long race. It was a great experience and I enjoyed racing in the Indy 500 very much."
